How to Use Zwet Food: Step-by-Step
From First Click to Final Bite
Welcome to Zwet Food! If you're new here, this guide will help you master the application in less than five minutes. We've designed Zwet to be the simplest way to get fresh, delicious food delivered to your doorstep in the villages of Mathura.
Step 1: The Initial Setup (Signup)
1. Open the app and tap on **Signup**.
2. Enter your name, 10-digit mobile number, and your email.
3. Create a **4-digit PIN** that you'll remember.
4. Check your email for a **4-digit OTP** and enter it to verify your account.
Step 2: Finding Your Cravings
Once you're logged in, you can explore the menu in three ways:
- Search: Use the search bar at the top to type in an item name (e.g., "Thali").
- Categories: Tap on icons like "Pizza," "Indian," or "Beverages" to filter items.
- Feed: Simply scroll down to see the most popular items in your area.
Step 3: Customizing Your Order
Click on any item to open its **Detail Modal**. Here you can read reviews, check the price, and see if it's Veg or Non-Veg. Tap the **Add to Cart** button to select it. You can see your cart count updating in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 4: The Checkout Process
1. Go to the **Cart** screen.
2. Add your **Delivery Address** (You only need to do this once!).
3. Choose your **Payment Method** (UPI or Cash on Delivery).
4. If you have **Zwet Coins**, don't forget to apply them for a discount!
5. Tap **Place Order**.
Step 5: Track & Enjoy
After placing your order, you'll be taken to the **Status Screen**. You can watch your order progress in real-time. Once the status changes to "Delivered," our rider will be at your door. Don't forget to **Rate & Review** the item to help other users!
Step 6: Refer & Earn
Want to save money on your next order? Go to your **Profile**, copy your **Referral Code**, and share it with your friends. When they order, you get ₹10! It's that simple.
