Your cart on Zwet Food is more than just a list. It's a dynamic hub where you can:
- Adjust Quantities: Easily add or remove items with our +/- controllers.
- See Real-Time Totals: Your bill updates instantly as you make changes.
- Group Ordering: (Upcoming Feature) Add items collectively with your family.
The Zwet Coins System
Earned coins through referrals or loyalty? You can apply them directly in the cart. 1 Coin = ₹1. Our system ensures you always use your rewards effectively to reduce your final bill.
Note: You can use coins to pay for up to 100% of your order value in many cases!
2. Transparent Billing: No Hidden Charges
We believe in honesty. Your bill is broken down into four clear sections:
- 🛒 Item Total: The base price of all your delicious choices.
- 🏛️ Taxes: Standard government GST/Taxes (Waived for Gold Members!).
- 🚚 Delivery Fee: Based on your distance from the kitchen.
- ✨ Discounts: Subtractions from Zwet Coins or active promo codes.

3. Secure Payment Methods
Whether you prefer digital payments or traditional cash, we've got you covered:
3.1 Direct UPI (Secure & Fast)
Our Direct UPI integration is state-of-the-art. For mobile users, we open your favorite UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) directly. For desktop users, we generate a Secure QR Code on the screen. This method is 100% secure as no bank details are ever shared with our server—you pay directly through your banking app.
3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
For those who prefer to see their food before paying, we offer Cash on Delivery. Simply select COD at checkout, and pay our rider when they arrive at your doorstep.
4. The Final Push: Order Tracking
Once you tap "Place Order," our system goes into overdrive. You are instantly navigated to the **Live Tracking Screen** where you can see the status of your order: Pending → Accepted → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
Business Hours Reminder
Our ordering system is active from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Outside these hours, the checkout button is safely disabled to ensure we don't accept orders that we can't deliver fresh.
